CCIC Winter Retreat Safety Rules |

1. |
CCIC name Badge will be required at all time
during the whole retreat activities. |
|
2. |
ALL parents are responsible for their own
children’s safety at all time. No child under 10 out side along
between 10pm to 7am. No teens out side their room between 11pm
to 7am. |

3. |
For the safety reason, no visit from friend(s)
are welcome without registration. |
|
4. |
All youth under age 18 must sleep in the same
room with parent(s) or CCIC youth leader. |
|
5. |
All youth under age 10 must accompanied by
parent(s) or CCIC youth leader(s) for the activities outside the
hotel, room, or class. |
|
6. |
TV in the room has to be limited (or turned off)
during the retreat activities. No youth or child(ern) are
recommended to stay in the room along at all time. |
|
7. |
Registration for the youth under age 18 without
accompany by their parent(s) is not recommended, unless he or
she has a sponsor, CCIC Youth leader, to be his or her room
mate. Youth leader’s availability are limited. |
